GCNet provides the folowing services:
Deploy, support and develop two distinct but integrated systems: - a customs system for Customs Excise and Preventive Service (CEPS) known as Ghana Customs Management System (GCMS) - an electronic trade portal known as Ghana TradeNet
Provide customs infrastructure upgrades to support the operation of GCMS
Provide and support a dedicated customs communications network across Ghana
Interlink all parties involved in the processing of trade-related documents through an electronic platform
Provide support to CEPS to streamline and modernise its clearance processes
Supply and support data mining tools for trade and revenue related institutions within Ghana to improve management of trade statistics and revenue reporting
Provide support and training to all end users, including CEPS, Clearing Agents, Shipping Agents, Freight Stations, Financial Institutions, Ministries, Departments and Agencies
